No Weight Limits! Restrictions: Aggressive breeds that are prohibited are defined as: Rottweiler, standard Doberman Pinscher, all breeds of Pit Bulls (Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog), Rhodesian Ridgeback, Chow, and any animal that exhibits aggressive behavior toward humans or other animals. All animals must be properly vaccinated through a licensed veterinarian and be licensed by the City if applicable.

The upper level corporate staff have been helpful, the property manager, property manager's assistant, and the leasing agents have been helpful.

I have had many good experiences while living at Hunters Hill. I can say that, for the most part, I have been treated well by almost all of their employees. If it were not for privacy I would give special shout-outs by name. The corporate staff has been helpful and so has the leasing office staff.

I’ve been here at Hunter’s Hill for almost two years and i haven’t had any problems and the staff is really nice, I’m so glad the they painted because the green was hideous and now the new renovation looks great. Keep up the good work!!

I moved in at the end of March and have been here about two weeks now. Rachel and Devin at the office have been nothing short of amazing helping me navigate the move-in process and answering all one million of my questions prior to move in.

Smooth move-in! Outside of a couple of new resident maintenance work orders for my bathroom that are still pending after a week, the office staff has been great. I love the space in my new home, the balcony/storage, and the neighborhood is quiet and well kept.
